Inspection + service

Control the activity. Correct the condition.

Every service begins with the same question: what is allowing this problem to reach and remain in the property?

Inspector reviewing an exterior wall and foundation

01 · General pests

Inspection-led household pest service

Ants, roaches, spiders, silverfish, pantry pests, occasional invaders, and other household activity assessed by evidence and pressure - not treated as one identical perimeter problem.

We look for
Moisture, food, cracks, utility paths, harborage, sanitation pressure, and neighboring conditions
The scope may include
Targeted treatment, sealing guidance, monitoring, preparation notes, and a scheduled follow-up
Detailed review of a possible rodent access point

02 · Rodent routes

Entry mapping and exclusion

Noise, droppings, nesting, food damage, and rub marks are used to map travel between the interior clue and the exterior opening.

We look for
Roof returns, soffits, garage corners, line sets, crawl access, weep gaps, door sweeps, and utility penetrations
The scope may include
Closure, cleanup guidance, traps or monitoring, access work, and return verification
Technician documenting exterior property conditions

03 · Structural pests

Termite evidence and property conditions

Visible activity, shelter tubes, damaged wood, soil contact, moisture, construction joints, and treatment access reviewed before a method is recommended.

We look for
Active evidence, conducive conditions, hidden access risk, prior treatment signs, and monitoring locations
The scope may include
Localized or perimeter treatment, monitoring, repair coordination, and documented follow-up

What we do not blur together

Treatment, repair, and prevention are different decisions.

Some activity needs immediate control. Some routes need construction work. Some conditions can be changed by the homeowner. The written scope separates those pieces so cost and responsibility stay clear.
